Tina Rogers | Chairman

Tina Rogers joined Datanomic as Chairman in September 2006. Tina has been in the Software industry for over 35 years having held positions from programmer to MD of her own software house which she acquired through an MBO & sold to Misys, where she was MD for 2 years.

Over the last 6 years she has held multiple Chairmanships specializing in growth, both organically and by acquisition. Her companies vary in turnover between £1m and £150m. Tina is well respected in the investor community having carried out various other transactions over the last few years including MBO/MBIs, Acquisitions, Exits and Investments. She has worked with 3i, RBS, BoS, Dunedin, Albany, and several VCTs.

Dr Jonathan Pell ACA | Executive Director

Jonathan was appointed CEO at Datanomic in October 2006 having joined the company as CFO in 2003. Jonathan was previously Finance Director, EMEA at Convergys Corporation (NYSE - CVG), where he had overall financial responsibility for its billing software and services business. Prior to Convergys he was Financial Controller of Geneva Technology, a Cambridge UK based billing software company. During his period at Geneva he helped grow the business into a $50m revenue and 450 people company prior to the acquisition by Convergys in 2001 for $692m.

Jonathan has also held senior financial positions within Thomas Cook Retail (travel agencies), and Semitool Inc (semiconductor) businesses.

Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 with Coopers and Lybrand, having gained a PhD at the University of East Anglia and a BSc at the University of Wales, Bangor.

Steve Schlenker | Non-Executive Director

Steve is a founder, managing partner and Chief Investment Officer of DN Capital Limited. He is responsible for overseeing the compliance and financial responsibilities of DN Capital and advising the General Partner on the earlier stage investment strategy of the Fund. He currently manages DN Capital's investments in Endeca Technologies, Inc., Datanomic Limited, and Lagan Technologies Limited. Steve co-founded DN Capital in June 2000 after leaving the family office of SUN group, where he served as chief investment officer for their European and U.S. technology investments. Steve has been a private equity professional since 1990.

Steve received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School with High Distinction, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a B.S. in Business Administration summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tony Morris | Non-Executive Director

A well-respected entrepreneur, investor and consultant, Tony was a pioneer of the PC industry in the United States and founded Morris Decision Systems, Inc - one of America's first value added PC reselling and systems integration businesses focused exclusively on the corporate marketplace.

Tony has been involved in strategic consultancy and technology investment on both sides of the Atlantic for over twenty years. He has served on numerous IT company boards as well as on advisory councils for many industry leading companies including 3COM, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, IBM and Microsoft. As part of his role at Datanomic, Tony will provide support to the chairman, advise on the strategic direction of the company, and assist with Datanomic's expansion in the UK and international markets.

Matthew Mead | Non-Executive Director

Matt is a partner in 3i's venture team with more than 10 years of active investment experience specializing in software and software services investments across Europe. He is also a member of 3i's Software investment committee.

Key deals that Matt has led include Vistorm, the specialists in the security and infrastructure services that enable organizations to deliver IT solutions that meet these constantly evolving user needs; Nimbus Partners, the process and performance management company; Aim Technology, a market leader in enterprise performance management and analytic applications for strategic business decisions; and Datanomic, the pioneers of integrated data quality management solutions.

Matt also represents 3i on the board of these innovative businesses.

He has a degree in Economics and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
