Dr Jonathan Pell ACA - Executive Director

Jonathan was appointed CEO at Datanomic in October 2006 having joined the company as CFO in 2003. Since Jonathan’s appointment as CEO, the company’s global customer base has increased by a factor of 10 and revenues have grown over 120% year on year (Dec 2008).

Jonathan was previously Finance Director, EMEA at Convergys Corporation (NYSE - CVG), where he had overall financial responsibility for its billing software and services business. Prior to Convergys he was Financial Controller of Geneva Technology, a Cambridge UK based billing software company. During his period at Geneva he helped grow the business into a $50m revenue and 450 people company prior to the acquisition by Convergys in 2001 for $692m.

Jonathan has also held senior financial positions within Thomas Cook Retail (travel agencies), and Semitool Inc (semiconductor) businesses.

Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 with Coopers and Lybrand, having gained a PhD at the University of East Anglia and a BSc at the University of Wales, Bangor.
