Version 8 release also provides standards-based transliteration for over 30 different writing systems which – combined with dn:Director’s enhanced matching algorithms – makes it simple to match and merge customer, product, employee or invoice data from across the enterprise, even when recorded in non-Latin character sets.

Powerful, Automated Case Management
The in-built new Case Management capability within Version 8 makes it significantly easier to manage issues that arise when data doesn’t conform to the enterprise’s deployed business rules. With fully configurable workflows, automatic prioritisation of alerts and built-in interval-based escalation, it is far easier for Case Managers and Case Reviewers to focus their efforts on resolving the most critical data issues first. Version 8 also enables Business Users to collaborate more effectively on resolving issues in data shared across multiple business units, particularly valuable where an organisation has multiple customer touch points for example.
